UNFPA Regional Director for East and Southern Africa Dr. Julitta Onabanjo visited United Bulawayo Hospitals on Saturday 29 February 2020. She was accompanied by a UNFPA team led by Dr. E. Muia UNFPA Country Representative and Dr. Edwin Mupeta. Dr. Bernard Madzima Director Family Health Department in the Ministry of Health and Childcare also accompanied the team. Present was UBH Directors and specialist Gynecologists from UBH.
The visit by the Regional Director was to assess and appreciate services offered by UBH with the support of UNFPA.
