The department is responsible for monitoring and controlling hospital finances, setting annual budgets, and ensuring the accuracy and validity of all financial transactions. It also produces monthly and statutory financial statements.

Admission Procedures
Admission to our hospitals occurs either through the Casualty Department (for medical emergencies) or through referrals and appointments. Patients have the right to choose between:

Note: Admission to a Private Ward as a GOVERNMENT patient requires concurrence from the attending Specialist.

Any anticipated shortfall should be paid in cash by the patient, guardian, or employer as an advance payment before admission.
