The department documents the medical activities of the doctors who practice at the hospital. The department verifies that all hospital services rendered to patients are completely recorded in a reasonable time. Filing of records for easy accessibility in case of need. Records stored by the health information are for admitted, discharged and deceased patients. Patients’ records can only be issued when records are required by the courts or police. They can also be issued for further verification by the doctors.
