We offer the following services:
Imaging Techniques
X-ray – We carry out X-ray imaging to diagnose bone injury and disease such as fractures, bone infections, arthritis and cancer, among other conditions. We also do screening of TB using chest X-rays among other diagnostic procedures.
Ultrasound – We do Ultrasound scan imaging to examine many of the body’s internal organs including the liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, kidneys and bladder. We offer a full range of diagnostic procedures—from pelvic ultrasound for expectant mothers to new treatments for uterine fibroids, ultrasound-guided biopsies, pericardiocentesis and percutaneous drainage of abscesses. We also offer specialized ultrasound procedures for example Doppler ultrasound (ultrasound scan of blood vessels), Echocardiography (ultrasound scan of the heart) and Transcranial ultrasound (ultrasound scan of the brain).
Computed Tomography(CT) scan – We do CT scan imaging which is a specialized advanced imaging procedure used to examine the brain and internal organs such as the liver, gall bladder spleen pancreas, kidneys, prostate and urinary bladder. This imaging modality is also used to assess bowel for diagnosing diseases such as rectal or colon cancer. CT scan is widely used to diagnose bone injury including fractures in three dimensions and assess the spread of cancer (metastasis) to other body organs including the bone and spine.
